dielloSo you know what's great about my job aside from EVERYTHING!?!
Yesterday, my boss was putting in new shelves in the kitchen, and just out of the blue while he was drilling into the wall, he said "BEAR DRIVING CAR, HOW CAN THAT BE???" And then today we spent about 2 hours looking at bad-candy.com.
I love my job!

Date: 2004-02-06 10:49 pm (UTC)Of couse, two american-born people (My friend ronny and I) never had these before so the first thing lae, says to me is "Try it, aubrey!" While trying to keep a straight face. I try one and it is like this sour salty thing that was kind of like a rock. I try to chew it and lae' says, "no! don't chew it, y'll break yr teeth." Um. . . okay. I guess the proper method of consuming these orange things is to such on it until it gets soft and then spit out the pit. (Yes, whatever these things may be are processed w/the pits still in them.) By this time Lae' and a few of the others are laughing hysterically, probably because I have some strange facial expression. Lae' tells me, "you don't have to eat it." I replied, "it's not terrible, just. . .strange." He then offers on to ronny who (foolishly) takes it and has about the same reaction.
