My LJ is now bubblegum pink. I don't know why.

So me, Jon, Crim, Lindsey, Clark, and Phil, who is in town for the weekend, went to Dinosaur Barbeque and decided we don't want to wait an hour and a half, so we went to Beale St. Cafe and only waited a half hour.
I like Beale St. better than Dinosaur, so that was a score 1 for diello moment. Phil and I agreed that their corn bread is top rate, better than we've ever tasted.

3 of us also took the challange, which if you ate the challange soup, you'd get it for free. It was only a dollar, and even though Clark won, we still got charged. Oh well. It was only a dollar. Crim gave his to Clark, and I took mine home.

Before hand, while we waited for others to show up at Crim and Lindsey's we passed the time to watch fish get eaten by other fish... which didn't happen while we watched :( They say you can hear their bones crunch.

So I had a really good time.

Now off to greeceridge mall and to call Brooke to see if I can be involved in her birthday shenanigans since I don't want to go to rocky horror tonight.

EDIT: Brooke's going to celebrate next saturday at Tonic.
On a seperate note, all my single guy friends are really hot and really awesome. So much to the point where if Brooke was single, I'd so hook her up with any of them. But she's not :(

My father and I go to Beale automatically without going to Dino and realizing the wait is 90 minutes (minimum)...which is actually over 2 hours.

well, everyone else likes barbeque more while I like cajun more. Dinosaur has a menu section for cajun, and Beale St. has a menu section for barbeque, so score 1 for me!!
We should go to Beale together sometime :)
