Voted

Got up before 6am to get dressed and head out to my polling place. Really glad it wasn't freezing out there because it would not have been such a nice walk. Then I walked over to my friend Meagan's house down the road to wait for our friends Kathy and Brigid. We all went to Susan B. Anthony's gravesite to put our "I Voted" stickers on her grave. We were supposed to get commemorative Susan stickers that read "I voted because of people like her" with her photo on it, but there were no such stickers being handed out. I was pretty bummed about that. But I had a nice time anyway. We all went out for coffee afterwards before I got dropped off at work. There really need to be more breakfast dates in my future.
