Old Sketches (no. 2 - Comic Concepts)

Here is the second installment of my sketchbook cleanout! This one is composed of comic and storybook concepts (most of which I didn't use).

It's pretty hard to read the little text in the corner, so they are:
one-shots, "Ashes and Fur" planning [this is a little ashcan 'storybook' I wrote and illustrated], "B-Sides - Voltaire" planning [this was for a comic anthology called B-Sides], "Strange Eggs" [another anthology], "Zero" sketches/planning, "Diello" [my first original character], "Alice Through the Drinking Glass", "Puppet Strings", "The Girl Who Thought Too Much", "Sci-Fi Pub" (made instead of a final essay for sf lit).

Ignore the tear-induced other post with the cupcake analogy. I just needed to get SOMETHING out regarding the situation. But Ross and I sort of made up! But it's for the best that we take a break from each other. We still want to be each other's friends, but right now we are poison to each other. I have been quite a monster, but he finally responded to my last email, and though the answer was indefinite, I think, as buddy movies tend to say, we're gonna be okay. I am going to leave him alone now. He really is worth the wait. I just have to be patient. For the first time in a long time, I feel hungry again.
