Punisher crossovers and Comic Con

So I went through this big box of comics my dad has here (which I've pretty much claimed as my own) and found my old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle comics (with art by Kevin Eastman!), Beetlejuice (cartoon) comics, Powdered Toast Man and Ren and Stimpy comics...
I also found a Vampirella comic. Mike Grell's Shaman's Tear, some Gen 13s, an Xmen 2099, 2 Spiderman 2099, Wolverine and Uncanny Xmen (phalanx covenant covers)...

I also found a Spiderman comic I didn't know existed : What if... Spiderman had kept his cosmic powers?

Then I checked my friends list, which really got me down. Why?

THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE (none of which are me) GOING TO CON THIS WEEKEND!!!
This is the first year where I knew I wouldn't be able to make it, but damnit! Even adult swim has mocked me every night this month. Other than this year, I've been striving to make it to con for five years! Every time, I come up just barely short.

Aaah, such as life. And so I'm going to keep working on my own comics and get a job and.... stuff.

I have all those Punisher books, the entire What if... run and a graphic novel by the Preacher team: Punisher vs. The Marvel Universe.
