(I began this yesterday, but didn't have time to finish before things at work got a little nuts)
Well, I have been offline for a little while, but I am back, and hopefully to stay. I've gone through a whole week of f-list journal entries (sans communities, sadly). It took a while, but I was glad to have caught up :)
Also, please note that Day 25 (today **yesterday, now**) is Hourly Comic Day, so I am working on a comic to depict my day in hourly detail, which I will hopefully post tomorrow or Wednesday (it's a total pipe dream to think I can post it today, but pipe dreams have been known to come true- especially when you've been playing Mario Bros games all weekend to the point where they infiltrate your dreams).

Day 25: My day in great detail (which will be today, and not the day it was supposed to be *note: the day it was supposed to be was the day my pants split, which I posted about*)
If the day started at midnight, then I began it by settling down with Boyfriend with some popcorn to watch Jeremy Irons and Domonique Swain portray dreamy Humbert Humbert and bratty Dolores Haze in the best book-to-movie I've ever seen, ever (EVER): Lolita.
Followed by bed.
If it began when I woke up, then it began when the alarm went off at 7am. Or maybe it began at 7:30 when I actually stopped hitting the Snooze button and got up. Since I only had a two hour day at school today, I let Boyfriend sleep in (at his request, since he usually drives me, and he didn't have to be anywhere in the morning anyway) and swiped his car to drive myself. I got to the building for my first class JUST as the 8am bell was ringing, and I somehow made it to the room before the Prof closed the door. Phew!
Comic book class was boring (I know, weird, right?). We mainly discussed the first three chapters of Scott McCloud's book Understanding Comics, which so far is extremely boring. I mean, REALLY boring.
Next, I had Music Appreciation with my dear Dr. Wise. That class was also a sleeper.
After that, I had to pop by Dr. Fisher's office to see if he got my email and see what I missed when I was absent from his class on Thursday. He told me an array of amazing things I missed, including how he laid down on his back and had a student stand on his chest while he sang in perfect pitch, tone, whatever. I would LOVE to have seen that! (**today, I tried to convince him he should do it again... maybe he will again someday**). We also briefly talked about some opera; I mentioned What's Opera Doc? which he didn't know about until I explained what I was talking about ;) I hope he'll bring it up sometime.
After that, I journeyed home and played Mario Brothers: Partners in Time on my DS (I was really stumped on how to defeat a certain enemy the night before, but then figured it out, but was too tired to play, so I picked it up today and kicked ass). Then took a nap before I had to go back to work.
Nothing exciting happened at work. But please see my split-pants entry for details if you want.
Then I came home. Passed out. The end.
Day 26: My week in great detail
is not worth noting... mostly because it has been a big ol' blur, since it's the first couple of weeks of school. Students a plenty, and most of them are having email problems, as well as the usual inability-to-think-for-themselves problems. I have a full schedule, so relaxing at home is hardly an option anymore. I barely had time to do laundry (I was up til 5am doing laundry and homework, and I'm starting to feel it now here at work. Ugh).
Day 27: My month in great detail
See above, repeat for a month.
Next entry will be my year in great detail... which should keep me from my studies and these students long enough to regain my sanity... right?
