without sun
Sep. 15th, 2004 01:44 pmI was sitting outside, reading, writing and listening to music and I looked up. The clouds were tinted in a faint red; a classic sign that I had missed another sunset. But even if I tried, I wouldn't have been able to see it from where I was. The trees are too tall.
Less than a minute later, when I looked back up again, I noticed the faint tint was more vibrant. I took my glasses off to see and watched the sky light on fire, and then fade. It was magnificant.
I wonder if that is like how it feels to watch a sunset.
