I got this from Poppy Z. Brite's livejournal. Her answers were a good look into her world. And it's a thinker.
Five things you may not know...

Five Things You May Not Know About My Time in School Are:

1) High School was great. My freshman year was the best. I wish I could do it all again, and do it almost the same way.

2) During my short-lived college career, I had my first writing teacher beg me to be in her night course. I intend to do her the favor someday.

3) I never went on my senior trip.

4) I didn't attend my high school graduation ceremony and because of that, wasn't allowed to attend my 'last bash'.

5) I never wanted to be a graphic design major. Someday, I intend to go back to school for performing arts.

Five Things You May Not Know About the Job(s) I Have (or Had) Are:

1) It's no secret that I like the instant gratification money (what with me being a guinea pig and all). You probably don't know that, if I ever had the body for it (or even close to it), I'd like to be a stripper (for a short time).

2) A fellow waitress and I use to drink on the job when I worked at a local indian vegetarian resteraunt.

3) I never cussed until I worked in fast food. I quit that job after my best friend, who was a regular customer, killed himself.

4) I have been fired twice. Once from an unsuccessful cafe (so I don't feel too bad about doing things the way I was taught at my first waitressing job) and once from a costume shop (because I got sick on the job)

5) My mum's friends will sometimes take me to psychic fairs and they'll pay me to run a booth or two.

Five Things You May Not Know About My Online Life Are:

1) I have two other livejournals. One that is secret and one that is a fake, but gets all my good writing ideas.

2) I am obsessed with making personal webpages.

3) I spend a lot of time online, but not a lot of time on aim or y! because I get into these mood swings where I don't want to talk to people.

4) I hate it when people clear out their friends on livejournal by posting 'comment if you want to be saved.' 9 times out of 10, I won't reply to it.

5) I've met a lot of my friends online.

Five Things You May Not Know About Where I Live Are:

1) This is the little town where Mormonism was founded, and no, it's not in Utah.

2) I am not a hick and neither are my friends, though there are A LOT of them here.

3) In a poll, my town was voted as one of the top five most dangerous towns in the county, while the next town over was voted one of the safest.

4) Our high school has the best art program in the tri-county area.

5) We were nicknamed "Devil Town" for the unusually large amounts of devil worshippers, covens, and a history of human sacrifices.

Five Things You May Not Know About My Core Personality Are:

1) I tend to get really shy around girls because I worry about them not liking me if I say something stupid. Conversely, I'm very laid back around guys and tom-boys because they don't hold back, so why should I?

2) I like beginnings of relationships when the boy of choice is not yet bored with me. And I fantasise about the living in the 50s where falling in love was much truer and had nothing to do with sex.

3) I really like the 50s lifestyle. I wish I had been born in the 40s so I could have attended in High School during the 50s.

4) My irrational fear of dolls has progressed into a creepy (yet very low budget) obsession.

5) I don't think I've ever seriously gone out with someone who wasn't a tiny bit less than straight. And I never dated in grammer/high school because every guy I liked was gay. I am not in the least bit dismayed about any of this :)

Five Things You May Not Know About My Home Life Are:

1) I absolutely hate it in Palmyra. The only reason I stay here is because it's free.

2) There are two dead bodies buried under the ground of our basement. It's not a creepy thing. In the old days, if you couldn't afford a plot and stone, you were apparently buried under your house.

3) My house is on a peninsula between the Erie Canal and a creek that runs off it.

4) I spend as much time as I can either in my room, or, on a nice day, on the roof.

5) Only after I've spent time at someone else's house, or have been watching movies, where someone else's room is damn cool, do I bother to clean my room.

Five Things You May Not Know I Would Really Like to Have Are:

1) A pirate ship.

2) Someone who will slow-dance with me at weddings.

3) A baby (when we are financially secure)

4) Beauty and fame

5) A very old, big and scary looking house in Toronto

Five Embarrassing Fannish Admissions I Have That You May Not Know Are:

1) When I was in 5th grade, I wrote a letter to Sarah Gilbert ('darlene' from rosanne)

2) I really like harry potter fan art/fics and am guilty of doodling some up myself.

3) I get very giggly whenever there is mention or reference to David Bowie (or Crispin Glover, for that matter).

4) I wrote "Happy Birthday Dan" on my chest for Dan Vado just because he's the President of Slave Labor Graphics (my favorite comic book publisher).

5) Crispin Glover... I warn anyone I go out with that I would drop them like a rock if Crispin ever expressed an interest in dating me. I also plan to hand him a candy heart and paper flower and ask him to marry me when I meet him.

Five Things You May Not Know About What I Do On A Typical Day Are:

1) I check my email 90283448 times a day and log onto my forums almost as much.

2) I q-tip my ears and belly button.

3) I sit on the arm of the chair or sofa and watch for the mail truck to come down the hill.

4) I dive my face into my clean laundry and inhale vigorously at the beginning of my day or before I go out.

5) I eat food that doesn't take longer than 5 minutes to prepare, unless I'm in the mood for pasta.

Five Things You May Not Know That are Really Important to My Character Are:

1) It's easy for me to be kind to strangers.

2) I like to listen to other people, but feel bad when I need other people to listen to me.

3) I hate when people say "So, tell me about yourself." Because there is nowhere to start. I can really get on a roll when someone asks me a specific question.

4) When I get bored, I shave my legs or read.

5) I would jump in front of a bullet to save a friend. I'm not afraid to die. It's messing up while trying to help that I'm afraid of.
